Nuwakot Durbar
The 18th-century palace at Nuwakot, Bidur Municipality, was constructed by Prithvi Narayan Shah, the first monarch of Nepal.
Following the complex's destruction by the Nepal earthquake in April 2015, the palace is presently undergoing restoration. Since 2008, Nuwakot Palace has been on the tentative list of UNESCO sites.

Devighat
One of the historical and religious sites in Nepal's Nuwakot District, which is part of the Central Development Region, is Devighat. It is 60 kilometers north of Kathmandu. It is the location of the monarch Prithvi Narayan Shah's burial and site of death.
The settlement is situated where the Tadi River and Trishuli River converge.

Gosaikunda
Gosaikunda
Located at a height of 4,380 meters in the Rasuwa District of Nepal, Gosaikunda is an alpine freshwater oligotrophic lake.
In winter, from October to June, the lake freezes for six months before melting to produce the Trishuli River. A religious place has been established in the Gosaikunda region.
